Outriggers on small boats

HOw bigs your boat if you dont mind me asking? Do you have much luck/does it make trolling easier?

Cheers

I have a 5.5m Plate boat. We had a good Marlin season last year and nearly all the fish where caught off the riggers. It allows the lures to get outside the Prob wash and also allows you to run more rods further imitating a bait fish school.

If you want to seriously troll I think outriggers are a must.

These are some reports from the Marlin season. The first day we used Lance's outriggers until we broke one

i just had a set made for my seaera they are 15ft poles but with bent butt's on the end of them the reason i went with these was the idea of changing outriggers between any boat i wanted all you need is a set of rod holders in the boat and your set they just slot into place but i had and extra set of grooves cut out so i can get different positions of the poles
