Nordic Stage Favorites - A flying start!

Just a heads up to give you an update on the Nordic Stage Favorite... To say we are happy with the results so far would be a massive understatement! The Obsession Fishing, its sponsored anglers and field testers have been using and loving these rods for a while now, but it is great to them turning up all over social media in the hand of our customers, and been loved and used to great effect!

Within the first week of the new batch arriving we have seen them bag every from:

Long Tail Tuna in Moreton Bay(128cm of longy no less)

Mack Tuna @ Noosa

Bass in SE QLD (Cheers Ned)

And even Sooties up north in Townsville.

The goal of the Nordic Stage Favorite was to put in anglers hands a high quality, durable rod at an affordable (sub $200) price that could fill not one but several niches of sports fishing. This is actually a surprisingly tough challenge, but we genuinely feel we have achieved just that with a spec selection on these rods and we hope they live up to their namesake!

What would be your recommend rod model for throwing slugs and soft plastics for the schoolies and tuna?

I would probably go one of the 7.32's for slugs but have thrown them a mile on the 6.6 at Hervey.
