Went for a walk up north the other day, got 3 smallish Bass and my first ever Mary River Cod. I was wrapped, considering I'd fishing this area quite a few times before and only ever got Bass and the odd Yella :woohoo:

He was beautiful fat and healthy, although not a huge fish at 45cm

Goes without saying that I let him go ASAP after the photo
