queensland North Pine Yak Sesh

Weather was pretty glorious at the end of last week, enough so for me to offer my mate Shane the front seat of my yak and a sesh out at North Pine. Wanted to find fish shallower and around the still freshly submerged grass around the place, so trolled around staying in water 5 metres or less. Managed to find the Bass at regular intervals throughout the morning, mostly trolling but a few casting around lay down logs and the grass egdes. Biggest went 50cm and majority caught on size 6 Red Tiger Flicker Shad.

Beautiful looking fish Luke. Well done! Bass will be down deep with the cooler weather. Remind Dino it's not the right time of the year for another swim.
