queensland Carp In Enoggera Dam Or Around Brisbane Cbd?

Hi everyone! 

I just moved to Brisbane In the inner suburb of the city and I was wondering if anyone knows if there are European carps in the Enoggera dam or not far from the CBD ?

There's a ridiculous amount in the upper reaches of the Brisbane River, upstream of Fernvale. There's no carp in Enoggera dam, and none (as far as I'm aware) in Enoggera Creek. You could try for Tilapia in Kedron Brook, or in the upper reaches of Tingalpa Creek. Happy Fishing!

Bulimba Creek has some big Euros and goldfish.

I wouldn't even bother till late November for brook tillies - 2 reasons 1) water temp and 2) the recent rainfall would have stuffed everything up in there as  is the norm in the brook, any heavy rainfall it shuts down tis the simple rule. 

If u really want carp though for some reason - I would imagine fernvale or wrayalon dam or something or other would be ideal. 

Theres a lot more "premium" species near the inner city too i.e. threadfin, jew, snapper, flathead, whiting, bream, etc etc :-)
