Lure And Fly Expo

Hi all,

Not sure who would be interested but just found out that there is Lure and Fly expo on this weekend.

It's a bit of a drive for some as it is at Ipswich Show Grounds but covers everything you could think of about lures from making them and ID'ing those old old ones we have laying around.

Just thought i'd pass it on if anyone else was interested.

Awesome show with the most amazing home grown lures. Any self respecting Bass or Cod luro has to make it along.  BTW the Brissy Fly Club will be there giving fly tying demos etc.:)

Been there spent over a hundred bucks, came home with very little to show for it.

Sometimes I only one when you start talking large poppers.

5 s/baits,2 shallow cheapies for the creek, 2 spoons and one cheapie s/bait for cod. I could just about hide them inside one hand.

a lot of gobbler soft plastics.

the kids and I enjoyed it.

Problem with being an exhibitor is all the candy that is on show. Don't know if I even game to cast 'em they're such a work of art.
