SX40 Equivalent

Hi guys im thinking of buying some of these and just wondering if anyones had experience with them.

They look very similiar to an sx40 and are the same size but $7-8 Cheaper. Has anyone used these?

I've got some but I havn't used them yet. A friend has used them and they swim well enough.

Also have a look at the Strike Pro Pygmy's. My brother caught 2 Bass on one of them last week.

On MOTackle, the SX40's are only $15 so they aren't that much cheaper. At normal shops both the Pygmies and Sc Shiners are about $14

I was thinking of buying a few Daiwa lures. They look like they'd go alright.

i bought et imitation sx40 from big w for about $4 or $5 it caught some fish but didnt swim straight on the fast retriee just did death rolls but that is what you pay for

They'd be the kokoda sprogs and they have pretty crap hooks and dont swim well as you say.

I've also got a few Australian Outback lures from Kmart fr around $4 bucks. They catch flatties and trevelley but you gotta work harder with them. Probably good for refining technique. When you go back to premium lures you appreciate why they cost big $$ they just swim so much better and catch more fish
