Restaurant supervisor?

I've been watching that show Ramsey's Kitchen Disasters.

It appears you need to be a self opinionated arsehole to be a restaurant supervisor! Even better if you scream at staff and treat them badly.!

Hmmmm, I reckon there is another fishing forum with quiet a few people who meet that category, have you tried there? We only have one or two here, and they already have jobs! (Besides the missus wont let me!)
