alber/logan river in flood

hey, just heard there is a flood warning for the logan and albert river today. a 14 to 15m flood peak is expected at midday and reach beenleigh tonight and similar for the logan making it the biggest flood since 89.

So in the next couple of weeks the muddies will be out in full force. going out next week with the pots cant wait:)

Both Logan, Albert and Coomera were chocolate brown when we crossed them on way back from Hinze today.

Logan River is expected to hit the 17metre mark tommorow morning at macleans bridge.

It didnt quite get to 17m at macleans, only 15m but the bureau says that it is still rising. I went and had a look this morning and it is quite a sight.
