Afew of my mates have got together and booked a charter in August which iv put my name up for,and im wondering iff anybody has any reports regarding the M.V Tura charter boat?

Nope.

But I did a full weeks Swaines charter once and it was amazing!

By the end you were avoiding the rat fish like 50cm coral trout, red throat emps etc in search of bigger

i have been to the swains twice and both times the fishing blew me away. if the guy who runs that charter can't find you something good there are issues... mine was a bit like gus, we were throwing back in disgust 50-60cm trout in search of the bigger ones!!!

ask if you can go outside the reefs on the drop offs to jig for dogtooth tuna and gt's... i caught a doggie there about 60kg, and they said it was a small one!

Woohoo 60kg Tuna that are classed as rats thats my type of fishing.Apparently its a option to go to the outer atolls depending on weather.
