beach fishing at bribie?

hey guys just wondering if it would be worth my while parking in that car park near the surf side at bribie and weting a line on the beach? or are there any spots theat you guys recomend, thats in walking distance??

Hey mate for sure its worth while.

Jimmybob has caught good flatties there.

Plus everytime I have been the whiting have been easy and fun to catch.

Maybe tailor there by now as well?? Cant confirm that though.

Also near that marker where the kayakers get there Snapper would be a good spot I reckon.

From what Jordan was telling me, he pulled a snapper in from there that would have almost been in casting range!

I think its close but you drive a bit futher north. There are quite a few little sandy carparks along the way. Go to the futherest one.

the word is that there are some hefty dart there at the moment.....been a while since i have given it go...soon ya might be able to tangle a long tail land based from the surf side...might need a fair bit of line i reckon thou:P
