fishing Brisbane river mouth

Hi everyone

Just wondering where to park if i want to launch a kayak and fish the mouth of the Brisbane river.I have heard all the stories of cars:blush: being broken into.And is it safe to fish there on you own as i only have Mondays off work and not much yakers out then....

mate if your on the southside id launch at wyhte island but if your on the north try pinkinba or boggy creek...

Whyte Island and pinkenbah are both ok in daytime.

Whyte island is covered by security cameras BUT if the ferals approach by boat the ramp area is not covered.

yeah i wouldnt park down there all night,the other night i was down there i pulled out about 11 and the port sercurity was down there checking things out..

i've never had any problem leaving the car at whyte island ramp i do it all the time
