queensland Fishing At Kokaburra Park??

Hey my bro went fishing at kookaburra park today and he caught 2 bream and dropped one...i was just wondering if this is normal or if it was just a fluke??? cus i wouldn't mind giving it a go if its worth it.

I have caught plenty of small bream mate and I have seen/heard the occasional legal bream caught in the area. To target the bigger ones you would probably have to go paddling looking for structure.
