Nudgee Pontoon Last Night - Report

headed out to the pontoon next to the boatramp last night to soak a few baits with my dad and brother.

got there about 10.30pm, left at about 2.

anyway, it was a pretty good session from what we normally have. All up 14 fish were caught.

within 10mins of starting my brother got a pike

10mins after that i got a squire, it was about 25cm or so

then dad got a descent bream soon after, went about 27 or 28 i reckon

the night continued with descent sized bream and squire being caught. though of course tehre were a few rats.

all up

ME- 6 fish all squire 3, 25-30 and 3 small

Dad- 4 fish all bream all 25-30

Isaac 4 fish 1 pike, 2 squire (1 about 27cm and other about 20) and a bream which was 27cm or so.

no pics as we didn't bring a camera since didn't think we'd actually catch anything.

yeah i rocked up as well with my boat (tinny) with my bro and a mate about 10ish not to do fishing but to cast net for some prawns, about a month ago we were out near the mouth and got onto about 50 banana and 10 tiger prawns, had no luck last night so we tried our luck down stream and was pretty crappy, the colder seasons must kill the prawning
