Will have the youngster home for the day tomorrow so making the most of it and will take her out for some bait drowning.

Thinking of trying the Shorncliffe pier around 9:30 then maybe the river in near West End?? any other suggestions or good rigs to use for the pier?

mate i would try down a bit further from the shorncliff jetty towards the creek, and get out of the wind that will be showing its head tomorrow.

like brad said, if the forecast is right it'll be windy out at the end of the jetty. i suggest throwing some baits down into the pylons or try a little closer to the carpark where there's a bit of a rocky bottom structure. the alternative is to throw out some livies or a fillet of fish for some sting rays, shovel nose rays which can be a bit of fun on light gear.
