Spent a week up at Mooloolaba for my 18th doing a bit of fishing. Lots of average bream around with a couple of good ones, but a lack of Trevally, Tailor and Flathead was a bit disappointing. Got a few alright fish, Threadybuster jnr's producing the best. I'll let the pic's do the rest of the talking. Fished landbased in the Mooloola River.

Hairtail. Caught about 20 of these in one session.

Thanks mate, It's Daiwa gear. I was using a Daiwa Steez StormShadow 6'6 4 - 10lb rod with a Daiwa Luvias 2500, with 15lb super pe for my medium spin setup and a Daiwa Heartland XA 7' 4 - 8lb with a Daiwa Certate 2000 and 8lb Daiwa TD sensor braid for breaming and light tackle species. My mate Callum was using a Team Daiwa Sol 2000 reel with 8lb sunline super P.E and a Daiwa Sol type 2 rod in 2 - 8lb 7'. So yea... we like Daiwa haha.
