Allison boats

Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone has one, has had one or knows anything about Allison boats? I have been looking (not seriously at this stage) at a slightly bigger boat than the current one, see heaps of them around for sale and know nothing about them but they seem to have most of what I am looking for and represent reasonable value.

Any comments, good, bad or otherwise are greatly appreciated.

Do they only go to 4.95m in length or am I missing something? I just thought if you were going to invest in a plate boat then it would be around the 6m mark.

The ones i'm looking at are mid - late 90's and fibreglass.

you will hate the battery racks, i keep kickin em and end up with wot feels like a broken foot at the end of thr day. and a lil wet too, well that's in a mates 195 vision, good luck but.
