Bribie / Scarborough

Fished today between Scarborough and Bribie and caught a few under sized whiting and sandies. Then headed across to Bribie itself and caught two tiny bream followed by a Parrot fish just out from the jetty. Was wondering if anyone knows of any reefs in that area? I thought it was weird a Parrot fish being in that far.

From the bribie jetty there is a rubbley bit of reef not far out from the jetty and to the north west just castable with a good rod

just cast your rod straight out and let it drift roud till its going straight down the beach, i have got bream, moses perch, spangled emperor, snapper, cowfish, flathead, rays, trevs, and a few not sures.

if your fishing anywhere near bongaree its no surprise,ppl catch massive grouper under that jetty,ive seen big queenies caught there to on the ood occasion,i even caught a dart there once
