The Great Outdoors Tide Guide 2011

The 2011 edition has once again included imperial measures in the tide heights,as they did prior to 2010 when Maritime Safety Qld(if memory serves me correct) said it was a safety concern to include imperial measures in the tide heights.

For one, in the generations that was brought up with imperial measurements, and then having to straddle the fence of metricfication coming in,this small inclusion in the tidal guide is welcomed back.

Funny thing is,in 2009 with imperial measurements it cost $4.95. 2010 without imperial measures cost $4.95.

2011 with imperial measurements cost $6.60.

Must be inflation, the rising paper, ink and transport costs that forced $1.65 price rise per one little book.

And on the front cover they state " It`s back Thanks for your support."
