caboolture weir

last year i was fishing in caboolture river and caught a few bass, i thought i might go give it a try the other day for some bass on the salt water side of the weir where i have previousley caught bass and threw out a few livies for a shark. but no luck. has anyone had any luck there in the last few weeks and what do i use to catch them if anyone is catching anythng and what is a good time to go. last year i found before the sunrise or before the sunset???

still might be a bit soon after the massive walls of water that placed copped during the floods...the bass are prob still trying to get back from bribie!:pinch:

hahaha yeah thats tru. how long should it take for the bass to get back up the river?

nah it was shit, i went there for 2 hours and got nothing. heaps of live bait around but still no hits. tried live mullet and some poppers.
