north pine dam

i am thinking of fishing north pine dam this weekend. i m goin land based but i have never fish there before and dont know where to fish or what lure do and don't work.

any help will be great

Hey Fishing teen, Look at the Freshwater reports for North Pine Dam. Pay particular attention to reports from dinodadog - they are full of useful info, especially about lures. If you then head over to PRFMA website you will find a great piece written by him. As for where abouts on NPD to fish check out reports on NPD from about 2 years ago. This was when there were no boating permits on issue so they are all landbased reports. The water is a bit higher now :whistle: but I believe the areas accesible are the same.

If you want to lure fish you may want to have a look at lake Kurwongba next NPD. Seems to be better to catch Bass on lure.
