just wanna give a bit of a plug to the owner/maker of yowie lures Doug O'Neil.

he makes these lures out of his shed near somerset dam/kilcoy. myself ,ash and terry h once stumbled onto his property and walked out a few kilos heavier a few years ago

since then i have been there almost every time im out that way. i have caught many bass and yellas on the smaller models he makes with the "badger" being my fav lure. you can buy his lures online on another forum or even at kiosks at dams almost all over queensland. but if ya drop into his house , you will save a load of cash

just wanted to give the bloke a plug and hopefully give him a hand on spreading the word of his lures. so if ya ever out near somerset go get ya self some local home made lures that work. the smaller models are at $7.50 and the larger models that he makes for cod and barra are up to 11 dollars. he has a new lure on the wall at the moment which looks a bit like a grub, my dad got one today so im keen to see how it goes. here are the details to get on to some.
