hey everyone

I took my mate dan out for a run on the river the other night to chase some jew. The conditions were very ordinary with plenty of rain and a fair bit of wind but lucky for us the fish didnt seem to be too fussed. The tally for the night was a 88cm then a fatty 84cm for me on 10lb main 20lb leader and a epic bustoff for dan and a nice and healthy 72cm landed just before the bell rang :evil: . All fish were caught on soft vibes bounced along the bottom.

My mate Ted and I braved some conditions and found some jew in the bay yesterday too. Report to come later this week.

How long did you spend on the water and what was the tide doing when they were on the chew ?

cheers for the comments boys and dan they were from the gateway region and elicat most were hooked just after the low change to incoming and the last one a few hours into the tide we were out most of the night.
