queensland Day on the water at maroochy river

Hey guys well i went on my maiden voyage on my boat that i got on the weekend. I got on the water about 1pm and headed up the river past Bli Bli about 1km. i thought i would just float along the bank flicking some lures. After about an hour i finally got a nice hit but no hookup. and that would be the last for the day. I keep on floating along the banks and just flicking lures.

So for the day i didnt really have any success with the rod but i just enjoyed being on the water.
