Well here goes.

Put the tinnie at Fishermans Island for a trip over to Green for the first time, got over there and wind blew up abit,so I better come back as it's sure to get worse.

Then headed to the rock wall,also for the first time at the mouth of the river, sat there with not a touch for about an hour and zzzzzzzzzzzz with my drag set lightly just in case.Next thing I know there's a nice Squire in the boat.:woohoo:

Sat for another hour or so and nothing doing.I then relise the wind is gone so decide to go over and have a look at these islands.

What an awsome day, glass conditions clear water, but not a fish to be found.

I didn't care I had a nice Squire and a top day.

I hear you mate - we did something similar but didn't get dinner.
