queensland Logan river to Cabbage tree point 2/08

Went down the logan this morning for a flick around,. tried the end of Marks road on the logan then Rocky point.

Weather and tides were good but there is a ton of bl**dy weed in the water making it impossible to have your line in for any longer than about 10 seconds

managed 2 small bream and gave it up.

Hope it clears up...in a hurry

There was no shortage of weed/algae down the Pin last weekend either:angry:

Yep second that Elli it was a pita some spots we fished bait was covered in seconds made it hard fishing :evil:

Yea I only got one decent bream and a small whiting. There was allot of weed about.
