Only in Texas can an illegal immigrant supply his under age son with alcohol and a loaded weapon, have the kid get killed, lie to police, and not have anybody taken into custody.....

Actually, in Texas, all of those things are legal except for his residential status (hence, illegal immigrant). Though, you can make an argument that lying to the police is not technically legal for him because, as an illegal immigrant, he is not technically covered by the Constitution...

And, death by being a dumbass should absolutely continue to be legal. I like Jeff's approach; if somebody doesn't have the common sense of a mushroom natural selection runs its course and we don't have to put up with several generations of idiots.

As a side note, the fact that this happened in Texas is not at all surprising.

After all, Texas is the state that gave us the following notables:
