Hungry bass, sleepy redclaw and fast little piggies

Had another fantastic morning at NPD today with Ray. The bass were biting and we managed to catch a fair share each. Some were really big and some were really small. Ray caught the biggest bass of the day, which measured in at 50cm.

Ray even taught me how to put a redclaw to sleep :lol::lol: When you rub its belly it falls asleep until you wake it up :silly: (They look dead but they are just asleep)

On the way back to the ramp we even encountered a couple of piglets which are very camera shy  This was the best pic that I got. You can just make out the dark shape through the trees

We ended up with 65 bass and plenty of shrimp. Thanks for another great session Ray, we all really enjoyed ourselves.

I hate you people who can fish on weekdays while I'm at work... :pinch:

Good session there guys, how many redclaw did you end up with out of interest?

Being able to fish on weekdays only happens in the school holidays, so I'm making the most of it  Didn't do any redclaw pots but got a few babies out of the shrimp pots.
