Turner Reef Construction Started

Saw on the news last night that Turner Reef off Scarb started construction. I can't seem to find the video, but they mentioned it's about a kilometre of the beach. So not very deep 5~7 Meters at Low.

Should be good accesses for kayaks and diving.

The fish should show up almost instantly. I haven't seen a publication for marks but those concrete housings shouldn't be hard to find as they are 1m tall, I believe grouped in lots of 4 over a 20 hectares which is a huge amount of space.
