Hi Guys, as i do most of my fishing in the afternoons i have struggled all summer long with hot water temps. We have recently had rain over the past couple of weeks which has dirtied and cooled the water down by 3 degrees. We managed 5 bass yesterday afternoon and dropped a few others so i think its only going tom get better from now til spring. yay!!

Nice mate, what hard bodies are you using? I've had no luck with any hard bodies found best luck I've had is soft plastics

well you currently have the small window in the afternoon access times where you can get close to the best time to fish - approaching dusk, so get in to them!

Thanks for the comments guys, yeh he dresses pretty smart to go fishing sometimes haha, we caught them on shallow megabass jerk baits, imakastsu alive chatters, bassman spinnerbaits and jackall tn60s. Now is a great time to fish for them as you can actually fish the prime times not like the rest of the year... I'm glad they have extended the hours from 5:30am - 6:30pm in the summer months.

i wish we had a key system or something, i think my catch rate would go up by a lot just being on the water at those times.

A key system wouldn't let you be on the water any earlier or later. 

Still have to abide with the SEQwater times.
