Cheap Jigheads

Hi guys i have found these on ebay and thought i'd share the bargain. You get 30 1/24Oz Jigheads for around $4.50 - $8 (The prices i have seen)+ $ 6.90 postage so works out around $13 on average for 30jigheads. I usually pay $4-6 for 5 jigheads so these are pretty cheap.

Im not sure about the hooks though they look kinda cheap.

Yeah, both my brother and I have bought 50 jigheads of eBay for around $20, but now I prefer to buy TT and Squidgy. It is worth the extra money. The hooks are way better

Thats the brand I've got. They are great if you are just starting SP fishing (like I was). Now I prefer to use TT. Stronger hook.

Still, for someone who is just starting, they are worth a look.

So you'd suggest staying away? Does anyone know where to buy jigheads in bulk like packs of 50 on the northside?

Well, for smaller fish like Bream and Flathead, they are fine, but when you start moving into bigger, stronger fish, like Snapper, Mangrove Jack and Tuna, the hooks can straighten under heavy drag.

But, I've still got them and I still use them, so they are good enough, they just aren't up there with TT.

sorry to hijack you thread fisher but here is another good jig head buy, these are very good and strong (think they are mustad hooks, the seller also has 1/32 an ball types

I use the Bassmaster Jig Heads and in my opinion they are a great buy.

They come in a range of size and shapes.

The guy is great to deal with and only to happy to give some advice.
