Hi All,

For the Shimano reel lovers BCF is running a Sale at the moment.

You learn something new everyday.

If you are using Braid you must have an Aluminium spool. Interesting.

I use Mono so it doesn't matter.

I have run braid on graphite spools many times without issue....dacron though will blow a spool up as it dries and tightens on the spool.

I use aluminium spools so it doesnt matter lol.

BCF also now stock a new range of Oceans Legacy rods…Stingers.  The inshore and offshore spin are damn nice looking sticks for the money. @$330
