resolved less rubbish, quicker download time

can we get rid of the crappy games, big icons and other rubbish that take forever to download and just stick with the basics.

I can read all of the latest posts on ausfish before i even get into this sites forum!

Could be? My internet is playing up atm aswell cos they changed our plan down to 8gb download and i've exceeded it and even tho its reduced the speed its still reasonably fast...

Btw anyone no a good company for a 1.5mbps internet connection with around 15gb download?

Normally my AFO site is much faster than Ausfish I can count to 3 whilst ausfish is opening a post and AFO is instantanious.AFO is a little slower since the outage probably atill a few glitches to sort out which is pretty normal as I think that main priority is to get it up and running as quickly as possible and sort out the problems later.

Maybe webby can comment.

The problem I've found with Ausfish is all the extra crap that gets onto the system after spending a bit of time there. I have CCleaner on my system, and after I've been on their website it removes a heap more crap out of the cookies and temp files than just about any site I've been on......including porn:blush: .

Everytime I log on to AFO of late, it seems to be getting quicker and quicker. So no complaints from me...
