just want to know wats best for around here general purpose im used to Shimano TLD 30, 50 pound braid and the new two piece t-curve deep sea jig rod

for both lure and bait fishing in the estuary, #1's my advice though i myself's using someting similar to #2.

#1 is a bit heavy for normal estuary fishing but great for bay fishing, general estuary i'd go for a 2-4kg or 3-5kg rod with a 2000 or 2500 size threadline and 6 ot 8lb line. Your baitcaster #3 is good for estuary aswell.

4-8kg is only 9-17lb, around the same as my 10-17lb baitcaster. i still got spooled/nearly spooled a few times when bait fishing.

When I was fishing next to you my drag made yours pee itself it was that whimpy lol

that was the 1st time i used that sort of drag cuz i dropped too many fish that day remember?

but i would never set the drag like u did except when bait fishing, lol. ur crazy lee! u cannot use any 100 size reels other than revo inshore and STX.
