Headign up to Baroon Pocket Dam in search of Bass, Yellas and the ever elusive Mary river Cod.

Will be Yakking the dam with Jimmybob.

so wherer we gunna get a permit from that early in the morning? can we buy them in advance for dates in the future?

They are self serve, there are little stands near each of the boat ramps, with forms you fill out, put th eform and five bucks in one of the envelopes and bung it in the box (keeping your copy).

But you only need need a permit if you are using an electric motor. No motor, dont need a permit.
