Hey everyone.

Well im off the strabroke for the week.

Hopefully ill have a good report next week.

Techniques being utlised include:

* Rock fishing with spin gear for bream and trevs.

* Kayak fishing. Hopefully around shag rock and group, but if the weather is poor at the very least Amity.

* Surf fishing.

Hopefully this will rustle up some variety and some fun.

Ill be on hear for a little bit yet. So if anyone is going over let me know.

My mates Andrew and Julia are bringing their Tempo 2 over on the weekend so hopefully that will be the chance to get out with a fleet if anyone is keen.

have a great week away mate, should be some good fish around. my mate was landing some insane tailor off the rocks there at night, best went 3.8kg! :ohmy:

Benno: Thanks Thats one of my primary targets! Im hoping to give various lures such as Strike King poppers, X-Too's and various Bozo's a good go for them.

But if all else fails, ill have some pilchards on stand by.

he caught his on big slugs in daylight and big plastics at night. pillies only got the choppers. i reckon those big bozos would be worth a throw mate!

Rock fishing at Straddie eh....

My one and only attempt at rock fishing at Straddie lasted 10 minutes.:blush:

The Officer in Charge (missus) walked the kids along a little beach, then back up to the headland, then I was worried one would fall in or something....had to cease then and there.

Kids....cut's into your fishing at some points.

Hope the weather's good and there is heaps of photos to come through.
