Well guys looks like tweed has been a hard comp this year for day 1.

only 10 people, out of 120 people got there full bag.

Nabs is coming in 6th place, and tim coming 11th.

Yes it seems a hard comp Jay is comming 10th and got 4 fish and he has never fished the Tweed but he he prefished with Dizzy so he would have got a few spots.

Dec, my two boaters were Robert Kwiatkowski and Chris Britton... Two top blokes, great anglers and sweet boats.. both had skeeters :woohoo:

It was a very tough day fishing ...

I came 22nd and Lost 3 good fish today due to snapping on 1.5lb leader .. they wouldnt touch anything else oh well GOLDIE TIME!!!

Company , someone to take over driving while they re rig.. few hairy moments taking control of a skeeter, when ive never driven a boat of any kind. But yeah, they get to decided where to fish ect they're basicly in controll. Both pay the same entry fee's.

Random pairing.. Speed? i duno bloody fast!!! we were flying, got a 115 on the back. Was a good feeling zooming past some of the pros i watch on tv .

No pics dont have a cam atm.

Bream were 23.5fl 24.5fl and 27.5fl for 1.11kg. Not much but still better than alot of people .

Biggest bream for the comp went 40cm FL and 1.17kg.. Some interesting bycatch were, Quite a few big luderick, legal squire, bigeye trevs, my boater caught a 47cm golden trevally, i caught a 31cm cod. Loads of flathead.. Few jacks were caught, tim morgan got a 43cm jack in prefish.

lol. Aslong as thers feeding bream down deep i like it . Was my first time fishing deep for bream this weekend, and my first time fishing for bream by boat!! haha. Got 2 legals In the first 30mins on bass minnows on the first day and was thinking how easy this was, how wrong i was .
