Abu Garcia Omega 2000 spin Reel

hey guys just wondering if anyone can give me any positive/ negative feedback on this Reel and what fish it is good for and what type of fishing

Mate got one I don't use any more, yours for $50? Good cOndition, dece reel, got 12lb braid on it which is a bit twisted and probably need replacing

I have the 4000 that I got on special for $39.

Lovely reel for spinning with really smooth drag .... but the body has way too much flex under heavy load for my liking (I landed a 64cm GT with it ... but the reel was not sounding pretty)

One of it's bearings is gone after getting a drenching in the surf at Fraser .... corroded. It still works fine- but is noisy.

So it is not a reel to be abused (as my PENN Spinfishers are)... but for $39 i am not complainming.
