Shayne was out there today with a camp quality Kids event, aparently they have a nice mown 300m strip at bullockies the rangers prepared for the crook kids to get easy access, for those whom are afraid of king brown snakes!

the nice rangers have mown the whole area and the water has risen a bit since too.

they've mown that whole peninsular as well as the next point west. makes for easy fishing. though still watch for joe blakes sitting under the dead grass, saw one move off into the long stuff the other morn (20 mins to fish after dropping daughter at kindy for 1 small bass 9.30 am)

Pretty quiet, no fish while I was there, Alex was bored so I left early just after Faulked caught his stonka Red Claw trap. (Which Alex hummed off him).
