Road Trip Report #2

Spent Sunday morning putting a few different Garra Lures through their paces. Lure Maker Terry Marshall took me for a run on one of the local lakes and we scored 7 cod and a couple of sundries. All fish were taken on Terry's lures, cast and retrieved around the edges of weed beds.

Some very healthy looking fish there, with great colours and size.

Caught on a local lure too, can't beat that.

Is there a trick to getting the fish to pose with their fins up like that ? Everytime I do it they have their fins flat down:(

Beaut silver. My longest was 42cm. How long do they grow to ?

i give fish a little shake up to get their fins up...would love to try it on a cod thou

Not a new hat...just my Sunday best! You can tell I'm dressed for church by the purple Crocs in the last pic.
