Bitof a nothing post guys but an excuse none the less to look at another fish.. Was up in Noosa on the weekend with my girlfriend and was desperate for one last shot at a Jack before the cooler weather set in. Didn't eventuate. Was trolling over the rock bar North of the Tewantin boat ramp and picked up this little cod on a Tilsan Barra. Continued up towards the lake and tried some plastics in among the mangroves only to be outfished by my girlfriend on servo prawns as always. On the way back in decided to troll again but got lazy and couldn't be bothered changing my 6lb FC leader. Murphy's Law as always, got SLAMMED and after 3 quick super hard runs, whatever he was was gone, along with a shinny new mouth accessory.. That'll teach me.. Was probably my illusive Jack but none the less I'll be back for round 2 next Summer. Hahaha... every story is a tale of 2 halves! Shame that both of your halves are tales of woe.

But we live and learn and I bet you will only make the same mistake again once.
