Primarly went to drop redclaw traps but had a fish whilst we were there.Weed was floating everywhere so it was impossible to use lures. It was even fouling up spinnerbaits so we bait fished for a couple of hours using worms and prawns. Ended up with 12 banded grunter and 2 tilapia. Largest fish went 4 inches.

Weather was ok wind got up to about 15knots around 10ish and started to drop off and hardly any rain.

Back tomorrow for some redclaw.

It's crook when the fish are smaller than the bait Ray :laugh: Hope the traps are full tomorrow to make up for it.
