Agreed. Although the new Curado's are just above that ($329 off Motackle, probably a bit cheaper from Tackle Warehouse), you will not get a better reel for the price!

If it might just be too much, the Shimano Cruxis is also a top reel, especially for heavier applications. But go the Curado if you can!

the curado is only 330 in the e7 model but i would go the e5 anyway. the e5 is 270$
