Bribie Passage

Fished Bribie early Tuesday morning trying to chase a few Tailor around Red Beach area. The south /east was fairly stiff and the few Tailor caught were fairly small . The netters were also there in numbers waiting for the fish to come in a bit closer to shore.Decided to fish up near Avon wreck and scored some good Tailor and Bream as well as a nice sole. All were caught on pillie pieces.

Good Catch Coochin.

Do you have a boat?

If so can you post it to the boat section of this site?

I am sort of hoping to get a BRC boat divison operating with comps.

I haven't asked Angus but I think he would be OK,

especially if we take him out with us!

Sure will be ;)

There were actually as manyboat based fishermen in the lastcomp as land based Brian.

However land based took out the overall prize with the Threadfin Salmon.

That was actual Brisbane River Classic. Not the BBQ.

The next Brisbane River Classic should be in November.

Timed in with summer for Sharkies as well.

Angus.
