queensland Wello point

Hi guys,

I'm heading down to Wello point this afternoon around 3 for an hour or so if anyone is up for it. I will be in a Green SWB old cruiser.

Are you going to walk out past King? What time you thinking? I was out there on the weekend and found the last hour of the outgoing tide the most productive. I didn't get any keepers but had a lot of fun with just undersize flattys using squidgys.

I was thinking of going after work on Friday at 3 or so if the wind isn't up. The weed out there is a killer when it is windy.

Should be down there at around 215 ish leaving Ormiston college at 2pm. Staying til around 330ish need to get back to Ipswich ahead of traffic

Well guys I headed there and fished the first hour and a half of the run in and worked from the just to the left of the Jetty all the way around to the Isalnd and back down to the car park with SP's and HB's and got a big Donut!!! I saw quite a few litle Flattie following lures in but no hits. Hope someone else had a better go!
