Upper Coomera river

Anyone ever fished the coomera near the causeway at Oxenford, had a bit of an adventure today went to Beaudesert and caught a couple of carp in the Albert could not find the MRC spots but will keep searching, anyway back on topic I followed the Coomera river from Canungra to Oxenford. Did not look real fishy until I got to the causeway. Speaking to a bloke fishing in the tidal bit he said they get good bass in there (meanwhile he caught a monster estuary cod while I was there). Looks good around the lillies.

No I haven't but that's where I thought we might find shrimp.

Upper Albert river at a place called Darlington park, its on the Kerry road south of Beaudesert. Plenty in there to could of probably had a bag if i wasn't in exploring mode.
