queensland fishing magnetic island

we have been given a weeks accomodation on magnetic island "ooh farkin yayyyyy" and im not sure wether to fly or drive

once on the island its not that large and we can get around most of it on foot or bus but a car would be good to get to the out of the way places

it costs about the same to fly or drive but i get to take a heap of crap like canoes etc if i fly i cant take much tackle and have no wheels for the family and i

what the hell do i do

ps if i fly what tackle do i take

I'd be tempted to fly and enjoy a chill out if there is decent stuff to hire when there.

Just take your lures (even reels) and buy a rod there ??
