queensland Sharks feeding off whale carcass - Straddie

Guys, check Seven news through the evening for some awesome footage of some really, REALLY BIG sharks gathering to feed on a whale carcass off South Straddie. These fish are really large, get a load of the footage and you'll see 'em nosing around some boats that cruised up to have a look, puts the size in absolute perspective!

Ive searched high and low mate on my cable TV in the UK and im gutted i cant get any Auz news as it must be a sight to see !

Here's a bit of footage from channel nine. You'll need IE6 or later as it's a ninemsn thing. It's from the next day showing only 1 tiger but it's still good to see.

Also there will be a report by Nugget before the 6 o'clock channel 10 news today that will have some footage and other pics of some recent shark action around the area.

There was a news report last night on the numbers of sharks actually.

that whale was found by some gameboats around the shelf off cape moreton the day before, the sharks werent on it but yellowfin tuna and dolfinfish some over 20kg were caught near it, i was about 20k south of it and missed em.
