i'm heading to a place called buds beach on the nerang river on boxing day, just wondering if anyone has fished there and if it is any good

i am pretty sure they catch whiting and flathead there probably look and see if theyre are yabby holes at low tide pump em and comeback at high or on the dropping tide light line and good luck

It's a very popular spot along the Nerang for whitings but best to get in early in the morning or later into the nights because of traffic.

Another area you can try is the Chamber Council which is further down along Bundall.
