Im with you, no ruler or brag mat (brag mats are out too) iv seen a mates pic of a 69cm jack holding it and looks like any other 50cm jack but a true 69cm fish

I'm not prepared to say anything other than "great catch". After all, I have caught fish, measured them and then only gotten a posing pic before.....as I am sure others have!!! I fish with integrity, and unless proven otherwise, I will give the benefit of the doubt to any bloke out there. Well done on a great bass I reckon!!!

If you caught a 60cm bass, you would take a pic of it next to whatever you measured it with.

The mag does state that it is a 60cm overall length. I frequent another site where 60cm overall bass have been displayed.....although I quite often think that people are kidding themselves !!!

Bass fishing and creative measuring techniques go hand in hand.

I'm still waiting to see a 60cm Fork length bass.

But once again, this fish is a cracker !!!
